Åbne søndagsrodaer hos CCA.

Hos Angolagruppen i CCA har de besluttet at lave roda hver søndag kl halv fire, jeg var derude sammen med Leif og vi havde en rigtig hyggelig roda med repræsentanter fra både de to angolagrupper, senzala og selfølgelig os.

Jeg havde selv tre gode spil og fik masser med hjem at tænke på plus en hel del god energi.

Jeg skulle hilse jer alle mange gange og sige at i er alle velkomne til at kigge derud en søndag, eller hver søndag. ;o)

Bokseaften d. 10/3, i samarbejde med Kalle Hviid Inc., præsenterer en aften med slag i.

Da "boksevideoaften volume 1" var et kæmpe hit med HELE 3 opmødte (inklusiv mig og min far ) har vi besluttet os for at gøre det igen, men nu under andre forhold, så der er plads til masserne!

Datoen er fredag den 10. marts og pga. branchehemmeligheder, så kan lokationen ikke afsløres endnu. Tidspunktet er 1800 timer. 

På aftenen vil der blive vist udvalgte boksekampe, kommenteret af bokseeksperten Tue K. Trnka som har en fantastisk viden om sporten og fighterene.

Det kommer også til at være Tue kommer til at undervise til den planlagte endags bokseworkshop.

Hvis der er nogen der har nogen ønsker til hvad vi skal se kan de postes herinde.

Ude lidt i god tid så er vi nogen stykker der har sat kryds i kalenderen d 29/3 og tager ind og ryster nogen kropsdele til noget vulgær baile funk på rust.

BJJ og capoeira fredag.

Hey Alle.

Her næste fredag d. 17 gentager vi succes´en med et arrengement ude i grøndalscenteret hvor Christian Graugart igen vil stå for noget sjov BJJ og Jacob eller evt Hans vil lave en capoeiratræning med roda bagefter.

Eftersom der er ferie, skolen er lukket etc så regner jeg selvfølgelig med at se de træningshungrende horder fra Nørrebronx´s Quilombo komme væltende ud i CSA.

Der er planer om noget øl og hygge bagefter selve arrengementet.

Vi starter kl 17 i lokale 34 grøndalscenteret, Hvidkildevej.
